Leisure Dreams is a company formed by Peter Gee and Michala Holm as founding shareholders and directors.
Peter was educated at Cambridge University and Harvard Business School, and is a Chartered Accountant. He has over twenty seven years experience in the hotel and leisure sector, and was previously Senior Vice President Development for Holiday Inns Inc and Vice President Corporate Development for Hilton International.
He has been responsible for the development of over 100 hotel and mixed use developments in the UK and internationally.
Michala was educated in Switzerland at Les Roches Hotel Management School, Surrey University and Harvard Business School. Michala has over 20 years experience in the sector, having worked in hotel operations in Europe and London before moving in to hospitality consulting.
Before establishing Leisure Dreams, Peter was responsible for the Hotel and Leisure team at King Sturge LLP, one of the major international firms of Chartered Surveyors.

We offer advisory services and are experts in urban and resort developments, operator selections, financial structuring, single asset portfolio review and transactions.
