  • A market led feasibility study and business plan for the hotel as a part of a mixed-use development.  This included an area programme to guide architects and appropriate market positioning.

Adjara, Goderdzi Pass

  • Appraisal of the potential market demand for a conference/training hotel near Frankfurt.  The appraisal included over 50 interviews with local demand generators that provided information on both the national training and conference market and on the micro market for this specific development.

  • 60 unit all suite hotel, destination spa, 200 room family resort hotel, 150 residences as fractional ownership, 50 upmarket whole ownership villas, golf course, various sporting facilities and food & beverage outlets.
