Bucharest, Sema Park 
  • Development of a market led business plan and feasibility study for an upper mid-market city centre hotel focused on business travellers in Bucharest and subsequently the operator selection for this hotel.
  • 43 hectares mixed use development, 150 rooms, conferencing, food & beverage outlets

  • Market led feasibility study for an upper mid-market hotel catering for the local corporate market as well as the local wedding market.  We also carried out the operator selection for this property.

St Petersburg 
  • Feasibility study for mixed use resort development outside St Petersburg.
Moscow 
  • Feasibility study for mid-market hotel, conference centre and leisure facilities.

Scotland:

Aberdeenshire, Blairs College
  • We performed a full feasibility study for the conversion of the main college building from educational property to an upmarket hotel. This was crucial in gaining outline planning consent for the redevelopment of the entire mixed-use site.
  • 200 rooms, real estate, Paul Lawrie golf course, museum, chapel, spa, meeting rooms
Aberdeenshire, Dunecht Estate
  • We created the concept and did the feasibility study to transform a non-revenue generating asset into a profitable ongoing business.  This involved the conversion of a listed estate into a luxury hotel with leisure facilities.

Edinburgh
  • On behalf of a large fund owning a large portfolio of mainly industrial sites we did a site assessment for alternative use as a boutique hotel.  The site was located next to the new conference centre and was in use as a parking lot.

  • Feasibility study for a budget hotel in East Kilbride

Gretna Green
  • Feasibility study and advice on future development for a three star hotel as part of an investment portfolio.

Seychelles:

Cousine Island
  • We were tasked with securing a sustainable future for this conservation project.  This was to be achieved through the development of a tax efficient structure.
  • Private island retreat with only 4 villas, wildlife sanctuary, tax efficient structure

Slovakia:

High Tatras
  • For this large site in the vicinity of ski slopes we developed a concept that incorporated extensive entertainment and retail facilities, complemented with accommodation and food & beverage.

Puerto Banus 
  • We were involved from the initial project review through, concept definition, feasibility study, operator selection, to assembling the professional team including contractors, interior designers, exchange network, sales team, legal advisors, trust company, etc.

Enkoping
  • A market led feasibility study for the first internationally branded hotel in this town. 

Tanzania:

Dar es Salaam
  • To maximise income from a quirky, under-managed small hotel located on extensive grounds, we suggested conversion to a large conference led upmarket hotel.

Ukraine:

Kiev
  • Acquisition advice on the conversion of Hotel Ukraine, including the new development of upmarket apartments, for a Ukrainian developer.

United Arab Emirates:

Abu Dhabi, Central Market
  • We worked with the master planners on defining the whole leisure experience within the development.

Abu Dhabi, Delma Island 
  • Business plan for a resort hotel on Delma Island, Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi, Leaf Tower 
  • We prepared an information memorandum for a luxury hotel as part of a large mixed-use scheme in central Abu Dhabi. 

Wales:

Harlech
  • Following our feasibility study for this mixed-use leisure development, we also carried out an economic impact study to assist the developer in gaining planning permission.

North Wales 
  • Business plan for a major destination resort in North Wales, incorporating ski slope, indoor water park, high tech leisure, hotel, self-catering units and timeshare.
