- We performed a full feasibility study for the conversion of the main college building from educational property to an upmarket hotel. This was crucial in gaining outline planning consent for the redevelopment of the entire mixed-use site.

- We created the concept and did the feasibility study to transform a non-revenue generating asset into a profitable ongoing business. This involved the conversion of a listed estate into a luxury hotel with leisure facilities.

- On behalf of a large fund owning a large portfolio of mainly industrial sites we did a site assessment for alternative use as a boutique hotel. The site was located next to the new conference centre and was in use as a parking lot.

- Following our feasibility study for this mixed-use leisure development, we also carried out an economic impact study to assist the developer in gaining planning permission.
